Leadership Team Training
Essential training for new Leadership Teams, ideally including Visitor Hosts, Membership Committee members, Education Coordinators and Event Coordinators. This training, open to all members, shows how each role should be best performed, thereby creating a productive chapter. Our aim is to help you do a good job within the chapter, thereby enhancing your profile.
Member Success Training
Member Success Training, incorporating New Member Orientation, is an essential element of BNI membership. All members are required to attend within 60 days of induction into their chapter. This training provides important guidance on how to make the most of membership and maximise the return on investment in this word-of-mouth referral system.
Members' Day
Hear BNI's most experienced directors and members presenting on how to get the maximum value from your membership. Visit trade stands and discuss potential business with BNI members from across the Midlands. Please note: members must book their place at this event using the application form on the information leaflet.

An opportunity to meet with members from across the region in an informal atmosphere, while enjoying a buffet lunch.
Networking Skills Workshop

What are your goals for a networking session? A two hour workshop combining behavioural, communication and personal interaction skills to increase your profits.
Phil Berg Extravaganza
Phil Berg, BNI member for 11 years, now the BNI UK Director for National Development & Training, will be conducting 2 workshops for the region, both designed to generate more business for our members. The first, "Ensuring Huge Success From Your BNI Membership", will help you get more business from your fellow members and the second, "Generate Referrals, Doing Nothing", will unlock the secrets of how to find more referrals for your fellow members with little extra effort.
Presentation Skills Workshop
Improve your presentation and personal communication skills to maximise the business you get from your chapter. We show you how to get the most out of your sixty seconds and provide guidance on delivery of the 10 minute presentation. It will also help to get your message across every time you talk to anyone about your business.

Do you sometimes find it difficult to find referrals for your fellow members? Do you want more referrals for yourself? Discover how to find those elusive opportunities for the others and, just as importantly, learn how to teach them to find what you are seeking.
